Acronym Expansion within posts.

I am looking for a way that every time hfuk is entered into the post content that it appears as Hospitality Forum UK a bit like a smiley replaces certain text with the image.

I already use the Acronym Expansion but this does not effect the post content only the url.

Any ideas are seriously appreciated

Edit: I missed the two options below the box

There's an option right next to that to have it work on post content as well.
