301 Redirecting Domains

Wish I would have seen this sooner. Never have known how to make everything direct to one URL like this. Even the http://domain goes to http://www now.

Yes, but be sure to put the code in the root and forum .htaccess files as noted by Keith.

And dont leave part of it pointing to mustangevolution or you will be giving Brent free traffic like I was for about 5 minutes.

oh one more question what code would you use if your forums are in your root directory? I dont want to keep sending people back to the homepage....

Rewrite rules are the same in this case (make sure that they're inserted right after "RewriteEngine on" line, above other vBSEO's directives).

When I have the redirect on it screws up mint stats and puts like %http:3A blah blah in front of the actual referrer link. Anyone know how to fix that issue?

Please post (here or in support ticket) a full contents of your .htaccess.

If I do that it redirects me from http://gerritsforum.de to http://www.gerritsforum.de/vbseo.php?vbseourl=index.php

Update - rewrite rules for ISAPI_Rewrite (IIS):

Rewrite rules you are using are still the same - directives I've posted above are for IIS+ISAPI_Rewrite only, while your are running with Apache+mod_rewrite.
