    Yahoo! Down The Drain

My Yahoo! referals have went totally down the drain since changing over to the new sitemap format for them (the .xml versus the .txt). I have went from 500 referals a day from Yahoo! down to less than 100. Upon doing some searching, it appears that Yahoo! is not doing any new indexing, and have in fact went back to an old index of my site, a lot of which isn't even vbseo'ed (been running vbseo for 1.5 years). Look at this result:
    https://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.co...=a&bwms=p&b=51

Look at all of the screwed up URL's towards the bottom of this page. What could be the cause of that? Anyone experiencing anything similar?

Yes, my referrals went from not too good to nonexistant from yahoo. But, they are indexing a lot of my new urls and have dropped pretty much all of my non vbseo urls.

I have never really had any luck with Yahoo, so I am not really missing it, but it would be great if they would get their act together...

Anyone else have any thoughts on this? I have not made any changes to my site, so I am not sure where all these screwed up URL's have come from. In 1.5 years of using vbseo, my URL structure has not changed so I am not sure where this index is being gathered from.

The same thing happened to me baqck in mid jan when yahoo reindexed. They still have a crapload of old URL's in their index and I've seen no changes in SERP's since mid jan. Slurp has been indexing like mad and I do see things fluctuate but no reseults. All my old SERPS are gone.

Sounds like they are having major issues with their index.

They have went to a bunch of old dymanic urls on my site as well. For some reason, my regular threads are not getting indexed, but my archive links, and any other static html pages are being indexed by yahoo normally.

Not sure what the problem is

I've never managed to get any traffic from Yahoo on any of my sites. My biggest site only averages 30/day from Yahoo, while at the same time it averages 300/day from Google.
