Google Analytics is based on Urchin, so you might want to check that out.

Otherwise, I really like Summary: http://www.summary.net. A little tech-ish, and not so user-friendly, but it is highly customizable and delivers all of the analysis that you'll need.

I can't say enough good things about Google Analytics, when they open them back up again I would recommend jumping on that as your primary source for traffic statistics.
