anyone who knows two things about SEO will tell you that your changes don't make an impact over night, for either positive or negative. No matter the amount of marketing or spin someone may try to put on it, it just doesn't happen.

Search cloud present until 4th Feb, searching any thread in forum in google did not make it show up. only when site:sitename was added. on 5th all new indexed threads and pages appear in google (without the need for site: ). Traffic is increasing steadily too. Google Analytics has this listed for referrers coming from Google:

    February 10, 2009 - February 10, 2009
    February 4, 2009 - February 4, 2009
    % Change 228.41%

why would I make this up? I'll post back in a few weeks to check how things are going

Again, Thank you Mert Gökçeimam, you da man!

I might be aggressive and sorry for that
I am trying to explain you that you didn't find the problem and you definitely didn't solve it.
but is your website after all and it might happen again..
google wont remove your pages just for that..and I am sure it didnt when you saw the huge drop..again you are looking in the wrong place
