When I first tried out vBSEO back in December 2005, I didn't feel you guys were quite there yet, so backed off for quite a while (a whole year apparantly). Just now starting to get back into being interested in it.
Quality support is always something that I use to gauge the value of a service. This morning I submitted a support ticket and have the response I needed in under fifteen minutes. Very nice.
