VBSEO support

I don't know if this is the correct thread to place this, but I wanted to thank the VBSEO team for their great support. I installed the IIS version of VBSEO late last night and ran into some install problems. I opened up a support ticket and it was answered quickly. It took a few messages back and forth to confirm that all the necessary install steps had been taken and then since all steps were followed and there was still a problem, they reviewed the install and made an adjustment to get my forums up and running this morning (on a Saturday no less!) Great job and thanks for supporting your great product! I am looking forward to seeing the results.
