Okay, I hate to be a naysayer, but I've had vBSEO installed for over a month and am seeing NO change in traffic. I expected SOMETHING with a forum with 300,000 posts. I followed most of the advice here and am just frustrated at the lack of results...

SEO Optimisations takes time. 30 days is not enough , you can start seeing results within 30 - 90 days.

I don't know which advises you are talking about but there are still more improvements you can use with vBSEO.

You should replace your showpost links with permalinks . More info : [How To] Replace Showpost Links with Permalinks - Max Out Search Engine Crawling Efficiency

You should also disable include showpost pages to your sitemaps and regenerate your sitemaps. After disabling that option , please manually delete all xml.gz extension files within vbseo_sitemap/data folder and then regenerate your sitemaps.

vBSEO has different comfiguration options. Some options like removing forum title is an advise , it can or can't be applied by the webmaster.

Also some webmasters want to keep showpost links enabled even it is not suggested to do so. Thats why some more option optimisation can be required after installation.
