My limited experience with customer service has been great as well.
So far seems to be a solid product with great support.

Wonderful experience with me personally. I have had numerous PMs from them informing me about how my site could be further optimised for use with vBSEO with regards to modifications such as vB Shout. It is this sort of customer service which doesnt just end after you sign on the dotted line, but continues throughout which is what i, and i am sure others, really want to be getting more of.
