vbseo Case Study - My Football Forum - 2nd time around

I used to use vbseo years ago and had a thread on here showing my progress, things where going good and I was posting weekly reports on the sites traffic. I had to stop using vbseo as the forum kept crashing, we were out growing the server and I couldn't afford to get a better server. I have a good server now which hopefully can cope with vbseo, its coping at the moment.

I'm not expecting miracles and it will probably take a few good 3-6 months to notice any real change in the traffic coming to the site since enabling vbseo. I've kept all the default settings as they are except for the cache system, i've enabled that and i'm using xCache which will hopefully save bandwidth/db requests.

Anyway i'll start putting up data up towards the end of the week!!
