| Ultimate noob thread: How to rank for certain keywords
I am brand new to SEO. I have been running my forum since 2003 and have been using vBSEO since 2006. I just installed vbSEO and let it do its think at all default settings. I have almost 190,000 pages indexed, but I am not ranking at all for some of the keywords I would like to. How do I go about getting ranked for certain keywords? I understand how to rank for keywords on a normal website but when it comes to forums I'm lost. Where do I place the keywords I want to try to rank for? Sorry for such a noob question, but I'm probably not the only noob on these forums wondering this. Thanks for any help. |
