I have been reviewed your forum domain and try to place advertisement in one by one and its looks like so lengthy and in place the forum topic all over in to the left corner and you may carry over your own way.
You are violating the terms of use of Adsense:
Place misleading labels above Google ad units. For instance, ads may be labelled "Sponsored Links" or "Advertisements", but not "Favourite Sites" or "Today's Top Offers".
This means that you can't put a title just above the ads, you can only write Sponsored Links" or "Advertisements" otherwise you are cheating users making them thinking the ads are the page content.
(it's something very very very discussed on adsense forum, so don't complain with me and I suggest you to visit the adsense forum).
It isn't misleading. it's a page title, centered. It is not promoting 'click here' in any way shape or form. It's been running this way since 2006.
