Hi folks,
Wanted to do one of these to keep track of my progress not really to help others (selfish and honest)

Ok so I installed it last night on my forums which are here :: Webmaster forums | SEO discussion | Google forums I finished tweaking it just there, main tweaks where the URL rewrites. I prevented rewrites of things that won't make a dif like avatar URLS and images.

At the moment a site:http://www.akamarketing.com/webmaster-forums query returns 10,300 on Google.

I dont think I have any threads indexed in Yahoo, but I'm not sure if I know how to look properly.

On msn site:www.akamarketing.com/webmaster-forums I have 3,827.

Now I fully expect these amounts to drop, but hopefully rankings will improve and more traffic will come into the proper threads.

As far as pr is concerned::
webmaster-forums/ pr5
index.php pr 4
index.php? pr 2

I have set up the 301 redirect option in vbseo for this, If I could improve to pr 6 it would be very good.

Check in every week/two weeks or so.

It looks really good, I would suggest enabling this option:

Replace 'Previous/Next Thread' redirect links?

It will help interconnect your internal pages nicely and although it adds two queries, for your forums, the extra load &/or run-time will be unnoticeable (.00x sec. range)

Thanks, how can you tell its not enabled, I'm not sure what this pertains too.
Ok I see what you mean now, I have enabled it.

It is possible for someone to have a look at my xml settings export to see if everything is OK, I don't want to do anything that will hamper my chances by mistake.
