Top Keyword is thread followed by permalink

I found a wierd thing about google bot. Today while reviewing the google webmaster tools data I stumbled upon the fact that many of the template keywords are the top of the list for what googlebot sees on my site.

Here is how the top 20 keywords are being noticed by googlebot per webmaster's tools. How can I make google ignore these words in my template as I dont want to be ranking for these terms ?.

It won't have any negative effect on your SERPs. Those are just the keywords that Googlebot found the most while indexing your site. You won't start ranking for those terms.

Being a (vB) Forum, the keywords: 'thread', 'post', 'posts', 'tools', etc. are bound to be in the top 10 or 20 list; as they appear on almost every page of your Forum.
