    A terrible experience with VBSEO

Well 2 years ago I purchase vbseo. At the time I was on a windows server and I could never get it installed and I lost the $150.... (and when I treid to get help I recived less than stellar support ! )

Now my vbulletin consultant talked me into buying a new licence and brand free ( now that I am on a Linux dedicate server ).
Well after I paid the $260 I realized I only needed to renew one of the licence- I went to support and filled up the support form 3 days ago . Like last time I received no answer from anybody at vbseo.... and now I feel quite stupid .. You know Fool me once. Shame on you. Fool me twice. Shame on me -

So far vbseo has only been a frustrating experinece.

    Hello Paolo,

I can't find any tickets from you in our support system. Can you provide a ticket ID / ref. number?
Make sure that you submit it here: vBSEO.com Helpdesk

You should click "submit a ticket" on the next screen.

    Hi Paolo,

Our ticket system has been frustrating many customers and we are about to make the decision to move to a new system.

I apologize for your frustration. Please submit your ticket again and be sure that you follow the screen closely so that the submission is completed. Don't stop after the Q&A links come up. You'll require one more step after that.

Please provide support with your order info from 2 years ago. Your old license will just need to be renewed ($35) if your original order is still valid. That will save you from having to purchase a new license and we can refund you the difference.

I could not find a submit a ticket voice - Unfortunately like last time I paid and I received no program, nothing ! I paid 2 years ago under this username ( lifeinitaly ) for url Italy Forum and Italian Community $150 - Now I paid $260 and received this confirmation from paypal ( We have received your Paypal order: 9NA84851GN2608458 ) - At this point ideally I would just like to receive my money back and forget about it !

I'm going to research your order and get to the bottom of this for you. I'll post back shortly, or send you a private PM.

I understand that you made a mistake. If it was me, I wouldn't blame anyone but myself. I did this same exact mistake through another product.

But, there's a shining lining to your situation. Maybe this mistake is setting YOU up for a plan B. Maybe you want to use these two licenses for your other niche site, or another business venture.

Your site seems successful already, so why don't you use this to your advantage by buying a new domain for it?

If he purchased twice without a need for the 2nd license, we have absolutely no problem with refunding him in full for the 2nd license purchase. Only renewal will be required, if it's currently expired.

That would be a wise move at this point.

I LOVE that sub-domain you used for that forum! I would say, that is the most creative way to empathize what the forum is about. Excellent. I just came home to see the response here, and I'm impressed with how you used that subdomain. Excellent. I understand why you bought VBSEO in the first place; you need to have "forum" or "forums" or "boards" in your domain or sub-domain for people to think of it as a message board.

You might want to have forum.lifeinitaly.com redirected there for empahasis.

Sorry for the delay Paolo. I tracked down your old license and re-activated it with your renewal. Branding removal has been applied.

I refunded you $114 which was the difference between the new license fee you paid ($149) and the renewal fee required ($35).

Please open a support ticket if you require further assistance with your installation. I apologize for the delay in getting the order issue sorted out, but I'm glad that everything is corrected now and hope to hear about your results in 30/60/90 days once you are maxed out!

Well - I must say I did receive the refund. Sorry I got frustrated and I did not want to end like 2 years ago when I paid for the license and never ended up using it !

I finally went to the download pages and there I find 'create a ticket' oull down boc ! Well so far I went to http://www.vbseo.com/support/ where there was ask a question - That is where I thought I was creating a ticket ...evidently I never did crate a ticket - It is confusing the support link go to ask a question while the real ticket system is under download....

Carlos - Thanks for your comment on the subdomain my.
Well At the time it made sense to me to call the subdmain my.lifeinitaly ... I also hot to turn it in a real community soon.
