Perhaps it was. At this point, I'm just kinda waiting to see how long till he replies to me. I hope there's no personal animosity, I don't recall having done anything to offend him.

If it was lost in the crash, he may never have received it.

And, like two old women who never speak again because one thinks the other is ignoring the other, your question wiil never be answered.

I'm being overly silly there because two of my aunts are exactly like that.

Peter and all, I would never ignore any of you. I've been very focused on getting our site back online after the server crash a couple of days ago. We not just lost forum information, but customer information as well, and I've had to request that information manually in many cases. I'm sure some of you can confirm this.

I'm not kidding, I still have over 100 unanswered PMs from days 2 - 8 (while I was not here). On top of that, I've noticed that the vBSEO parent/child form setup is not optimal for following threads. In fact, I'm reading this thread now for the first time as it was pointed to me via PM.

Again, Peter, my deepest apologies for that. I will be going now over all our PMs to straighten this out.

Jury's still out, but honestly the biggest advice I'd have for them so far is just get a helpdesk!
We were ready to launch deskpro!! It was installed and all... but is now gone and will need to be reinstalled :(
