    Support?

    I purchased this product over 2 hours ago - the only email I have received is a receipt from the CC merchant.

    I've since posted 3 messages on a trouble ticket, and as yet no answer. I know it's Friday evening, but I've had better responses from $5 shareware authors.

    The CC merchant has no clue, said my money was ok, etc.

    I'm sure I'll get a response at some point, but this is sub-par.

    I purchased VBSEO a little while ago and so far all I have received is a receipt from 2co.com. I also registered on your forum but have yet to see a verification email (I checked my spam box)

    It's now 11:43 pm(support ticket time). No answer, even with 2 followups.

    Here is an email to crawlability, from 2Checkout.com (the CC vendor, this is the second email). They were kind enough to cc me with the email.

    Please review this information and take corrective action, if needed by: as soon as possible.

    Our support staff get very positive feedback routinely, yet we do not commit to responses in less than 2 hours. During peak hours we are sometimes able to do that or better (sometimes within minutes), but certainly not on average.

    I'm sorry that you started out with a less than perfect experience. Please let us know if you need any further help. When you see the impact vBSEO has on your forum, I think you'll forgive us.

    Hi Joe.

    Perhaps there is a problem with email. I still don't have any emails from vbseo. I'll gladly delete (or request deleted) this thread if I am in error.

    The link you provided gives "page not found" with or without the trailing slash.

    Please delete this thread as the support I have received (once it started, via email delay or whatever) has been great. My only remaining problem is I am still not getting emails from vbseo (I checked my spambox again).

    I already have the product installed, it appears to be working great.
