SOS - 99% of the Indexed pages now showing in Omited Results!

Hi,

I have a technology forum which was doing well with Google.. For the last 3 -4 weeks the traffic down by 50% and now even worst. While digging a bit I founfd that only 2 links from my forum is now showing when i use Site:mydomain.com

Sometimes it's showing around 16000 indexed pages.
But when we click on a sub page it'll show 29 indexed pages!!!!!!!

Now Clicking on the Omitted results link it shows 17700 links!!

What is going on.. Please give comments..

You've been running for over 1 year. Did you make any significant changes or have any downtime in the last 3-8 weeks?

Not much... There was a 24 hrs downtime with switching hosts & changing to a dedi ip. But it went back to normal state when i switched back to a shared ip.
