    Big changes i have been done some weeks ago:
    • domain name without www.
    • Forums URL's rewrited,
    • Improved Site name, description and keywords
    • Added Heading Tags
    • Some forums has been consolidated
    • Improved AdSense
    • Completely Turn Off the vBulletin Archive
    • Replaced showpost links with Permalinks
    • Validated HTML = 0 errors

    I have lost not so much traffic by search engines, google have re-indexed my site soon, now i'm wait to see if there are some improvements.

    You should not change the urls once they have been indexed. Now google will have to rerindex them
