    You ask too general a question.
    After all that are you afraid to make a statement or even a gernal one? I would be happy to give you further information in order for you to answer the question properly or give you the ability to give an answer you would feel comfortable with.

    Just put the following meta tag in your html

    <meta name="seo" content="beginner,wants everything now,does not listen">
    http://www.vbseo.com/f104/classic-ma...nterview-8816/

    Barely a minute into the interview Matt Cutts, the first and last word about Google SEO, used the word "sandbox".

    Further more, I am not a beginner. I have several websites, which I stated in previous posts. I have also helped others optimize there website, which happend to also be forums. Not vbulletin forums, but IPB to which they have seen great results.

    Sure, I want it all now. Who doesn't? Of course I know I have to wait.. the one thing that is evident is that I have to wait.

    One general piece of advice, it was said by George Washington

    "Be courteous to all, but intimate with few, and let those few be well tried before you give them your confidence. True friendship is a plant of slow growth, and must undergo and withstand the shocks of adversity before it is entitled to the appellation."

    Okay,

    I thought I would give an update to this thread.

    Google now has 8,000~ pages, while MSN has only 40? And yahoo loves me at 11,000.

    This is the organic referal:

    Which is increasing nicely over time.

    Spiders do about 10GB/month of traffic. And i get hit by 26 different spiders monthly. This month so far they have eaten 3GB.

    Bandwidth not a problem for me as its a single site on dedicated server with 1,500GB of bandwidth, so plenty for spare!
