Google Analytics
AW Stats should already be installed on your server, if not it should be able to be installed.
They have a section for keywords, you can also use Google webmaster tools.

digital point keyword tool is the nuts
monitors your rank for as many keywords as you like on the 3 major SEs.
the stats programs above do not do this.
