    Type your username in google, yahoo, msn etc and see what site lists your username first.

    (Only do this if your username is the same on this forum and on other sites as well)

    You will notice that vbseo lists your username in the number 1 spot.

    Just proof that vbseo will allow your pages to be ranked better i suppose.

    2, 6 and 1 thats interesting. But you will notice yours is 34 000 4000 and 3000 in total.

    Mine was only about 2000.

    so to get vbseo in the top 10 is still quite good I suppose.

    Everyone else post your results, it is quite interesting.

    Bamastangguy appeared 2 in google this past week right?

    Now that the vB default skin has been up for a couple of days, and the title of his profile has changed from just "BamaStangGuy" to "vBulletin SEO Forums - View Profile: BamaStangGuy", the SERP has gone down to spot #7

    Of course, with so many variables I can't insure that the drop was 100% due to the template/title changes, but being solid #1 & #2 for long (I remember seeing it there for a while now) and dropping concurrently with the new changes, is an indicator to me that the template/title changes might be related. In addition, obviously Google has noted the changes since it reflects the new layout/title, etc. in the current cached version.

    hmmm...

    My name shows up from vbulletin.org first, from vbseo it shows up 3 or spots later. Similar results from google, yahoo and msn.

    Thanks I'll keep an eye on it.

    I will say though that my name shows in google at #3 from the vbseo site, while it shows #6 from my own website where I have over 14k posts.
