How long ago did you add the code to your site? It takes about 24 hours before the stats start reading. It's possible it just hasn't updated your site yet.
Also where did you place your GA code? It should go at the bottom of your footer template.

The code is at the very bottom of every page. Also it has been about 48 hrs we didnt shoot out the email until well over 24 hrs after we installed it. We now have the green check mark in GA 48hrs later, with no changes made to the site. So it may start to index. But as of right now we still havent seen anything. Any sugestions?
