Are the People at Google not doing their jobs

I would like to think both. I have a relatively new forum and was enjoying some very good success, many of my threads were being indexed quite high actually. Then all of a sudden, I started to drop like a rock and now only a few of my threads show up during searches.

Out of 560 URL's in my sitemap, only 88 show as being indexed.

So, I would like to tell Google that they can kiss my ass and that they are on some type of idiotic mission of some sort that doesn't make sense. Their sandbox and other idiotic ideas of penalty violations is absurd and shows their mentality as dysfunctional, scattered and baseless, more often than not.

It is my sincere hope that one day, they crash and burn. That they will ultimately meet their own demise. Perhaps it will be Bing, or some other new alternative. If a site does not commit any violations, then there should not be any penalties, it's that simple, or it should be. But not with google. I would like to actually go on record, and this is "my opinion".

I completely believe that google has completely become a corrupt corporate entity. I believe they are without ethics and without any proper gauge as to what course of direction to implement. Their approach is shotgun or scattered to say the least. They have webmasters completely scurrying to fight for SEO that changes as per their algo's, that quite frankly, shows their complete and utter stupidity.

They sit atop a high pedestal for now, holding all the cards of power, manipulating the masses who only wish to make a fair amount of money, not to get rich mind you. Their adsense, in my opinion, is a complete scam and rip-off. Only a few small percentage of people actually make money with that ridiculous mode of advertisement, and then when you actually get some clicks, they will pay an amount that is not only an insult, but actually criminal.

I think at one time, google had mission and a vision that was clear, to deliver high quality and accurate search results. But along the way as with many American based companies, that vision becomes obscured by GREED. Their manipulative adsense and adwords should provide you with enough clues to form an intelligent deduction on that.

Furthermore, this "Request for Reconsideration" not only wreaks of complete arrogance, it just proves that they have a power trip mentality that makes them look like the jackasses they truly are. Add to the mix, that you can report Spammers, encourages an environment in which competitors can report you for no valid reason.

Lastly, I would like to personally tell each and every representative at google to go get fucked. It is my personal hope that one day, the masses and users of the WWW will wake up to your sham and scam and open their eyes to what and who you really are, just a complete and utter money grubbing machine.

I recently changed the URL of a product page on my server. Considering how fast Google had been approving my ads at the time (2 - 3 hours), I figured I could lose the traffic for a few hours, so that the customer would have a marginally better experience on the landing page.

Google took 2 weeks to re-approve my ads. Needless to say I lost a lot of business.

This was not the first time something like this had happened. I had left my ads running for a while without CONSTANT supervision - as we now do, because - during that time, Google changed their URL hashing or something, and the URL in the Adwords control panel previews was no longer what was appearing in the actual ad placements (once clicked). For at least a month, I was spending hundreds of dollars for an ad to a 404 error. I lost a lot of business there too.

I had issues like this on my forum as well, when I thought things were going smooth, bam, they find some porn post, and suddenly from 2000 uv/s per day, it drops to 170 ... Oh, and they warned me through adsense. I can see a clear connection between adsense and traffic .... Doesn`t seem fair to penalize traffic for adsense policy violations ...
