Outstanding Customer Support

I am very happy with the product but the purpose of this posting to to comment on the outstanding Customer Support I have just received from Keith.

It was mid afternoon on a Sunday and I accidently corrupted my configuration file. Actually, I didn't even know where the problem was - all I knew was that the forum was "broken" - URLs where incorrect and no threads were displaying. Had to close the forum.

In desperation I fired off a support ticket, thinking I might get a response the next day. To my surprise Keith responded within minutes and very quickly identified and corrected the problem.
