Our experience with vBSEO support and vBSEO as a product

Hello folks,

this is to testify that people here at vBSEO.com are doing an awesome job.

We had some show stoppers before we could think of using vBSEO, but the support team always came up with a creative and clever solution - which was extremely helpful to us.

I always got very fast replies to my support tickets, even when it was night over here in Germany. Now this is really what I call first class support.

We only learned how well vBSEO does its job as a product after testing it for ~1 month on our testing forums. The features are overwhealming and the degree of customization is outstanding.

So we are very, very happy with the vBSEO folks over her and vBSEO as a product.

Guys, you really rock big time.

Yes, we all "rock!" , but I want to recognize the work of two individuals that work in the background via the ticket system to support you, and many other customers. With them, our support wouldn't be anywhere close to what it is. They are, Keith Cohen and Oleg Ignatiuk.

Although you might not see that little green light turned "on" all the time, Keith lives on the website , we are truly blessed to have such a talented guy onboard. I refer to him (and he doesn't know this yet ) as Keith "X-Reference"... With hundreds (laterally hundreds) of different scenarios that can go wrong in the interaction of scripts, plugins, vB settings, and vBSEO, Keith has an amazing ability to reference previous occurrences of the issues at hand, helping to quickly find solutions to most problems. Of course, his privileged brain has all these solutions stored as well in a "non-volatile" cache (I wish these would be exchangeable, I need at least 256K )

Oleg, well... you know, no words can describe this guy's talent. Not only he is our lead developer, but he provides the most amazing, AND HUMBLE support to everyone that needs it. I honestly haven't met a multi-tasker like him.

BTW - We can't forget Phillip Herber! He's the guy who keeps everything flowing in our German community while we North Americans are sleeping. And, of course, Ace Shattock, our inside man in vB.org, a vB expert and one of our first users...and an essential member of the Total Support Team.

And to continue with the acceptance speech at the vBSEO Team Awards comprised of the Pre-Release Team, Moderators Team, Total Support, Contributors, Developers, Team Germany, and Administration, I personally want to thank Joe Ward, Michael, Bernhard Huber, Jannefant, Silmarillion, BamastangGuy, Lizard King, T2DMan, Sony, Briansol, Amykhar, Rob, Chroder, Fsb Holger, Nutz, Acers, Bain, Brent H, Buro9, Greps, LocoForum.com, Mismonds, Psico, Sal Colliaziano, Sniper, Sportsoutlaw, Teck, and all of our vBSEO users who in one way or another contribute for this place to be what it is today.

oh ya,, the support on this site is by far the Best that I've encountered on the web in the 5 years I've been playing, nothing has compared to what the vbseo team offers
