Ok Jason - assuming you have tried any suggestions made in the thread, it may be a matter of giving it some more time. Keep building links to your site. Also check out some of out featured sites. Compare them to yours to see what factors of these successful sites differ from your own.

Jason I have read this thread. I advise you to get some high PR links pointing to your forum. These links will get your site spidered deeper and more often. It will result in more indexed pages with higher rankings. Maybe you lost actual pr last period resulting in less indexed pages. I don't believe vBSEO is the problem with your forum.
Get those links and give it some weeks
Well, how can I get links from external sites pointing to my site without spamming? And, which sites?
One question, I have "Linkbanks" disabled, are these really a big seo factor, or is it safe to have them disabled?

Seems indexed pages are on the way backup -- woohoo! I'm also starting to see more and more guests.
In Google webmasters tools, I now have the Faster A faster crawl will enable us to crawl your site quickly, but may put more load on your server. option. Is it recommenced to turn this on, will it benefit me anyway at all?

vBSEO is taking alot of the CPU from the server I'm on. Just been in touch with my host, and it all points to vBSEO. Strange, I thought it only takes a little server load....
Hmm, I'm still unsure. My host say my site is consuming a lot of CPU, and they say it points to vBSEO. I need find a new host, because these just aren't worth it -- LunarPages!
