Hello, I am only seeing two tickets from you, and I have personally responded to both. Are you not seeing my responses?

The first one was about 25 minutes after you posted, the second was about an hour and a half after you posted it. Can you not see your tickets here: vBSEO.com Helpdesk ?

    Hi Marc,

The priority support ticketing system is for customers with renewed status on their licenses. If you are currently expired, staff would not provide responses to technical questions posted there.

If you are in the process of moving to a new forum URL (new domain name), without being renewed this would not be possible, as this is a requirement prior to us approving your transfer.

However, if you are simply moving your current forum (same URL) to a new hosting account, or changing the IP address, this should have no impact on your vBSEO installation.

If you do not renewed for our priority technical support, please post a description of the problem you are having in our vBSEO troubleshooting forum where a staff member will assist you soon.

this is what the error is on new ip address.

The file /home/celeb87/public_html/forums/includes/functions_vbseo.php is corrupted. Ensure that you use binary mode when transferring files with FTP and disable the 'TAR smart cr/lf feature' if using WinZIP

How strange, how did you submit your tickets?

What I said was if it was not letting you transfer those files then you can re-download your vbseo from www.vbseo.com/downloads and upload that one file in binary mode, that show fix the issue.

What do you mean you sent it via private message? Did you click the Ask a question at the top of the support page?
