For the radio station, add the non follow tag, then if Google gets shirty, it won't matter.

I had the ZMTC ads on a site and got penalised within days by Google. When I asked ZMTC to have a revised script with no follow added, they said no. Same for Text Link Ads. They would appear to only want paid links, with no no follow tags or they pull the ads.

Therefore, imho, that has to be the reason for Google dropping my site, as it is a paid link, totally unrelated, and both ZMTC and Text Link Ads, are the cause, imho.

I would remove the adult links. After evaluating all of your recent changes to be sure you have done nothing that might have resulted in a penalty, you can submit a re-inclusion request.

The exclusion from Google does not stop you being listed, it stops you from being competitive for keywords.

The reinclusion request will take the form of adding your keywords back into the pot.

Therefore, before, your number one keyword may have been sausages, for which you achieved first place on Google. Once you are penalised, sausages and your site would appear on page 5 or so.

Once you get reincluded, your search term sausages should be back to first place on page 1. Hence giving you more traffic, no one ever looks at page 5, and so your traffic drops naturally.
