No longer listed on Google

Hope this is the right place to post this!

A while ago I noticed that we'd completely lost our page rank for archery-interchange.com. It was then brought to my attention that we are no longer listed on Google (we used to be in the top 5 for archery forum searches).

I've got all the usual Google stuff setup on the site and it seems to be functioning correctly (sitemap, analytics etc.) plus vbSEO.

Anyone had a similar experience and can anything be done about it.

Thanks in advance,

Dave

You may have been penalised. Google is against paid non relevant links.

site:archery-interchange.com - Google Search

You are still listed on Google, however if your search terms have been relegated, that would be a classic sign of the paid links syndrome.

I would sack off the ZMTC links and lose the 30$ a month and put Google Ads on, and make potentially more money. Once you have removed the non relevant links (and check everywhere) submit a site reinclusion request to Google. (if the links were the reason, you should get your search results back)

Hi

I am not saying that is the reason, it just looks like it on face value.

You definitely do not want to have non-relevant links on your site. More and more sites are getting penalized.

Multiple factors can cause penalties. This is definitely one of them:

I don't think a link to radio station would have caused it. Is the radio station a legitimate site?
