    My Experience

Since I installed vBSEO on September 15 2006, I have experienced nothing but bad luck. Because from what I understand vBSEO was supposed to be vBulletin add on that was supposed to enhance my rankings, and the way search bots index my site, but since I installed it my google rankings were literally killed. And I place all the fault on vBSEO, for a site that survives on new visitors it has practically sliced my business in two. When you searched for al7bar under Google I would be listed 2nd now I am not on there at all. I would like some compensation or some kind of help. Because the Support tickets have render useless.

    Thank You.

First, to set the record straight on the Support Tickets you mentioned:

I only see two support tickets from you; one was regarding the way that links in private forums are redirected to prevent sites from seeing the referer information, and all your questions were answered.

The other one was from October 13, 2006 where you mentioned something about the search term "al7bar", but you made no further replies to that ticket after Joe replied.

From looking at your site, I see that you are running an old version of vBSEO 3.0.0 (RC5). Also, you are running vBSEO Sitemap v1.5, which is not compatible with vBSEO 3.0.0. First steps, you should upgrade to vBSEO 3.0.0 Gold, and vBSEO Sitemap 2.0, and get your sitemap submitted to Google/Yahoo/etc.

Also, to get your site ranked higher, you need to work on quality backlinks.

Also, it appears that at some point your moved your forums from the /forums sub-directory to the root, and you didn't set up a 301 redirect to let the search engines know about the new location, so that would have hurt your rankings as well.
