Is this the Kind of Service for Installation

I got a mail saying that if i reply back with my login details you will start the installation immediately.I was telling from Morning that I am on GMt time and requestign several times for Installation.Till now it hasn't happend.

Can some one kindly respond on this pleaseeeeeeee

I noticed that you opened your ticket requesting installation a little over 3 hours ago. We cannot guarantee installation requests will be fufilled that quickly, but we will certainly handle it as soon as possible.

I got a mail confirming At 12.00 P.M GMT that you will do the installation immediately.Here it's 17.00 GMT Now.
I am waiting for the installation team to start their work so that I can be online for their help.
I was requesting to kindly intiate the installation considering the time Gap.

Can you tell me whom the e-mail was from, and also send me the exact contents of the e-mail? (PM if you prefer.)

You should have gotten an automated e-mail confirming your purchase of the installation service, but it shouldn't have stated that the installation would be done "immediately". If it does say that, we will need to correct it.

Do I need to have Robots.txt file in my FTP folder???? Take an example I am trying to search with the content available in my site

I have this link in my URL list: "trinetra super store having new name"

when i try to do the search in google using this sentence it's not diplaying my site name at all even my site have the complete link for this.....
These things worries me about the VBSEO functionality on my site

You don't need a robots.txt file with a default vBSEO installation. It has all bases covered in terms of not allowing bots to follow duplicate content and the sort.

Users who disable certain rewrites will need to add those to a robots.txt as vBSEO will no longer be interacting with these pages. But at this stage, I do not recommend that you disable any vBSEO functionality.

I searched your site and found out that the right phrase would be something like "Trinetra super stores having a new name".

Indexing times vary from site to site. However, to insure your site is being crawled more deeply, you need to build more back links and consequently increase your Google PR. For example, your forum homepage is currently a PR 0 (zero). As you know, PR is one of the algorithmic considerations Google uses to determine how deep your crawl will be.
