keyword list other sites possible?

Through my stats I can see a top 20 list of the keywords users have most used when being directed to my site.

I'm looking for a site or tool which could analyse something similar within other sites. What I would like is to analyse an entire site with all it's subpages. So not just the main page which most keyword density tool just check. As a result I would like to have a list of keywords users have most used to access this particular site. There are various keyword tools available, but like I said: they only check the page you give it. They don't crawl the entire site with all its subpages to form a complete list of the lets say 20 most used keywords.

Is there such a tool of site available?

Do you want:

• The top 20 terms sending traffic from search engines, or
• The top 20 terms found on the entire site (but not necessarily sending any traffic)

Option 1 is not going to be available. It's private data only available to the website owner. There are methods of getting estimates, but they would be incredibly complex to implement and subject to great inaccuracy.

Option 2 could be possible. However, I am not familiar with any software firsthand that would crawl an entire site, determining the top 20 most frequently occurring terms. Except for say, Googlebot.

From what I can tell, this would crawl an entire site, listing the most used keywords in it. Haven't tried it yet, but from the looks of it this would be what I'm after.
