but I can't access to Downloads / Support and some vbseo forum after 1 month
why ?
Is vbseo license 1 month ?

The vBSEO license doesn't seem to be correctly assigned to you.
Please PM Joe Ward with your PayPal transaction ID and Forum URL.
He can fix it for you.
