how many vBSEO urls do you have indexed?

Google is a mess right now. It's widely known.

As an update, Google now reports about 10,100 vBSEO urls. Things are looking up!

Excellent news. Glad to hear that you are starting to see the results now.

On April 6 when i finally got PR on my site I had about 12 pages indexed by google. Checking today i now have 394. There are only 410 threads on the forum so far (site is new and building nicely).

looks like I have about 50 with google right now

Down to 255 now. :(

Guess I need to wait on another Google update.

The trick is to rel=nofollow all usernames on forumhome and in the postbit on showthread BUT do not nofollow the Member List link in the navbar and all it to be viewable by guests. This allows the search engines one entry way into the Member list to spider all your profiles.

how are you getting the exact number of vbseo pages ? if I do
vbseo site:locoforum.com I get only 5 results I can see and click, but the header says 80 or so..

but If I go to just
site:locoforum.com I get all my links and I can see 10 pages that all have CRU.

so it looks Like I have about 90 new links in google

28k with vBSEO. 29k new site. 37k total (includes old site)

All this after three weeks of vBSEO 2.4.0. Without the vBulletin archive enabled.

4 in google index and more then 500 in yahoo index, started 2 weeks back, i will wait for 1 more month. I am sure vbseo will prove great for indexing effectively.

Have you been tweaking anything lately?

Nothing in the vbseocp.php...

Nothing really major that I can think of at all.

I did play around with the location of my ads in postbit (because my Relevant Replacement first_x_words was picking up the var=#ffffff and stuff in one of the javascript ads and printing it), but nothing really else.

Ok.. looks like most of those are from my (old, now unused) forums.nzboards.com setup.

Can they be removed from the index?
