How long did it take for your site to have all old links replaced?

The Idea for this thread came to me as I was reading: how many vBSEO urls do you have indexed?

For me, my answer to this thread for Patientenfragen.net - Forum für Patienten mit medizinischen Fragen would be:

to see how many old pages are still stored in google I used:

So it took my site 2 and 1/2 week to get nearly all URLs changed in google.
