has vbseo some vulnerabilty?

My Vbulletin hacked.

and i am find the support form vbulletin after 4 day of hunting, they kicked me to vbseo, they told me uninstall VBSEO.

'This appears to be due to some vulnerabilty in the vBSEO addon.
You will have to contact vBSEO support to find out how to uninstall their product.'

Still i am wating for response.

Can any one help me to find the issue

Hello,

there are no known vulnerabilities in vBSEO that may lead to that and there were no reports like that before. If there is anything pointing to vBSEO regarding the issue, please provide all details via support ticket.

i have already added the support ticket, but i am not able to add my response on it

i reply using pm i get and still not reply for that
