Did you add each one of those links manually?

I also notice that you have very little activity on your forums yet such a high PR.

I was noticing that as well. Makes me interested in doing those internal links like he does, but I am not sure I want to put all that on all the pages of my forum.

I will wait and see what I get for PR once my vbseo pages are updated.
