    Google baffle me....

    Hmm I really am baffled by google...

    My main keywords when I search for them in Google... I find my site at postition #3...... however when everyone else searches, I am at position #19...

    Does anyone have any idea why I am seeing different?

    Google has 1000's of datacenters. They aren't always identical.
    Different ISP's and global locations will return varied results.

    If somebody accesses your website from Australia then he will be redirected to google.com.au and not Google.com ( USA) or any other.

    This could be one of the reasons why you are seeing this fluctuation.
