Currently Active Users, brithdays etc

As to keyword placement look at the img I uploaded, it should give you some ideas.

All the top placed keywords are to do with forum admin, look to remove some of those keywords, you may have to go into your templates and add <if> values but it will be worth it. Use the list in the img for now as a guide to the keywords, you will soon see what you need to remove.

rewrite this to be about your forum, I do not agree that it should be a img (expect when posts, where it makes sense to be an image) as some on here do, get it wrote with your keywords, an easy job to do and should improve your keyword ranking, then I would make it an image for posts as you want the content ranked not your sale pitch.
