Fluke / One hit wonder!? - Trying again with forum #2

Been catching up on my site stats today (I briefly look daily, but usually too busy to look in depth). I've decided to abandon the thread for my other site because it is now the biggest/busiest forum of its kind (in terms of activity; with 90k posts a week and 12k+ active members), and start a new thread for a new forum

Sooooo, recently I took on another forum which we (re)launched in November. For all intents and purposes we relaunched with zero active members and no traffic (due to problems with the previous owner/sale and the site being taken offline for 8 months, so had been taken off Google etc.).


Anyway. Here is my first update for Site B (will keep it anonymous):
