I've been here for over a year and have recently upgraded before my license expired to vbSEO 3.2 Gold I believe is the latest version.
I was in the middle of a support ticket and about to give my ftp information so you all could make sure that my product was running properly.
I checked back every other day and before we could finish the support ticket my license expired and now it says I can't even finish the support ticket that I had started prior to it expiring.
I don't need to renew since I have the latest version already, and all I wanted in closure was to make sure my product was working due to an unexplained error on the front page of our website stating "vbseo friendly urls' which was outside of the forum.
I think it's fair and ethical that the support ticket be concluded and I'd like Oleg to take a look at our settings and make sure our vbSEO and sitemap generator is still working.
I've set up anti-spam bot stuff but now I notice even my daily visitors is less, which makes no sense to me.
I'd like to know if your company will finish the support ticket, otherwise I'll have to wait a few months for you to make a new version to upgrade to, since there is no point to pay for an upgrade if there is nothing to upgrade to.
