Anyone Tried Zoints Synergy or NuRatings?

Has anyone tried Zoints' Synergy system for increasing traffic to your forum? It is supposed to work like Digg but amongst participating forums. Some of the statistics people have posted who have installed it show great increases in traffic. Unfortunately, it will not give you direct links (for SEO purposes) from other forums since it sends links through Zoints. On the other hand, your forum will not be linking directly to a blackhat site which might hurt your PR from what I have heard.

Any details off the positive and/or negatives of your experience with this add-on would be appreciated. I have used and liked Zoints tags, so this might be a good one to install too.

In another thread someone recommended nuHIT.com - NuRatings Features ($25) for a digg-like system inside one forum. Has anyone tried it? How do you like it and what are the good and bad features?

a forum i participate on runs synergy.... and really, i think its a waste of time. there's never anything new on it. waste of space IMO.

good concept, but not enough people use it to make it warrant a block on my forums.

Thanks for the feedback. I tried it temporarily and it seemed to interfere with vBseo so obviously I had to drop it.

So no one has tried nuHIT.com - NuRatings Features ?
