mine is 29.85% for 0-10 seconds

I've also got 21.14% for 181-600 seconds so I guess a few minutes is okay.

and I have around 5 % at 1,801+ seconds

I think it would have all dropped these past few months tho. with all the downtime my site has had, im surprised I have any visitors still, its been horrible.

I just reached your site and waitet 3 minutes till the first page was loaded!
This could be a reason for people not to leave in the first seconds/minute ... because they don't see anything
Just joking.
Any ideas how you got to y 30%?

my site is currently under massive ddos attack which is why it loads so slow. I am in the process of moving most likely to AWKNET datacentre, but its going to be expensive and I will need to manage the server or find a management team for the server. Hopefully next week the server will start being fast again, customers will hopefully come back and my stats will pick up again.

I got to my 30% by luck I guess, or maybe it was just my great personality that people want to spend more time on my site lol, mmmm nah probably just luck.

Well, adding good content in general gets people to stay longer.

I analyze keywords that people come in on an attempt to provide more information on pages that have a high bounce rate.

49.59% lifetime.

Since my design update, 40%.

I think I know what could also increase the time on site. I was looking at vbulletin.org and saw how they have the "similar threads" right under the mods and I was thinking that if we had that for all threads on the site (being under the first post), that it should increase time on site and pageviews per visit and possibly convert more users. I've noticed I get traffic for threads I don't want to get traffic for because I have better threads for those same keywords, so having this will help make sure people find the right topic. I usually just edit some of those threads getting the traffic with the similar threads links at the top which has helped with bounce rate...
