    It's different. The Bounce rate is "how many" and what I am asking here is "how fast".

    0-10 seconds = 23.32% over the last 12 months (that's as long as I've been running analytics).

    yes, but as I remember you got local and therefore targetted traffic, right?
    Is that the reason or have you made something to achieve it?

    ~42% of all traffic in that time period has been SE (~21.5%) and Referring Sites (~20.5%) so it can't all be local traffic. I was surprised that the loyalty stats were that good, but I can't take any credit for it because I don't think it's a result of anything I've done intentionally.
