"homeowner" to me, is someone looking for a person. not a diy forum.
that's like searching for "driver" and expecting to get a car forum.

I believe the key for any successful forum is ranking for words and phrases that people finding your forum are searching for.
I don't really see where it's relevant to rank #1 for any words or phrases if no one is searching for them.
I would be more interested in seeing how quick you rank on the first page for words and phrases that are searched for daily and bringing people to your forum. That would be more representative of what vBSEO can do for you.

Sure, it's a moot point. just a fun fact is all.
i started the site merely as a spin off of my larger forum because we were starting to get a lot of topics in it. i'm not even putting much effort into it (did you see the skin? lol)
