10 days and no product yet :(

I paid to vbseo 10 days back and has still not received my download link. Its sad but I wrote to them 10 times and no one bothered to reply. Also I was asked to give them user name and kept giving them, still no reply. today i was aksed to create new user id, lets see if I get my product today or I'm suring opening dispute at paypal. REally surprising service, I'm just getting worried about after sales support.

I got the software but I don't think its working.

Firstly it aks for some license key which I'm not been given.

Can somebody install it for me, you can charge me extra but I dont' think I'm willing to spend any further time on this stuff. God I never thought its going to be so complicated. Also before posting to the thread I wrote you guys email and I did not get any reponse.

When uploading the files, did you force the upload in BINARY mode? To find out how to do this, consult your FTP client's Help file.

If re-uploading the files in BINARY mode doesn't solve the issue, please try to re-download the package. Sometimes, connection issues can cause downloads themselves to be corrupt. A fresh download should solve this.

Regarding the license key, this is automatically retrieved from our system when you visit vbseocp.php. Were you able to access vbseocp.php sucessfully at any time?

Also, your license is assigned to interweb.in.

If you would like it changed to forums.interweb.in, you just need to submit a Support Ticket to request this.
