    vBulletin 4.02/vbSEO 3.5 RC2 issue

I just upgraded from vBulletin 4.0 and SEO 3.5 RC1 to vBulletin 4.02/vbSEO 3.5 RC2. When I finished, I found that if I tried to go to a thread, I got a long error string. When I shut down vbSEO, the problem went away and everything works fine. Is anyone else having this problem?

    Hi Ron,

Can you try upgrading to vBSEO 3.5 RC2, if you still have the problem then copy the error string and paste it here so that we can identify the problem.

I did upgrade to vbSEO 3.5 RC2 - that's what caused the problem. Here is an example of the error string:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /homepages/18/d202395507/htdocs/immigration-information/forums/includes/class_core.php(4010) : eval()'d code on line 140

I put in a support ticket on this also.

To anyone else having a simiilar issue, the fix was Importing the correct product file. There are 2 in vbseo 3.5- one for vb3.x and one for vb4.x. Make sure you upload the correct product XML for the correct version of vb you are running.
