VBSO not recognising the forum category

We have 3 different product types , wp themes , joomla templates and css templates , now for all of them we still have same template name , example ,

Photo Template ,

we have 3 forum cats , WP , CSS , Joomla

instead url to post being

forum/wp-themes/photo-template

it is always

forum/photo-template ,

now if we already have posts in one of the forum cats , all others from other cat will redirect to first one

so we must change the forum title to Photo Template Wordpress in order to get users to the right forums

I looked in settings if there is anything to include the category name in the link but I cant find it

in Add Thread Titles , setting is , REPLACE original anchor text,
Add Thread Titles to Showpost Links Anchor Text? is set to yes

In order to use full forum path , you should customize your url rewrite settings and add forum_path as your main forum url rewrite setting.

if I change it now , all other links will be changed right? and result in 404 pages or ?
forum is up since 1 year and over 30K posts
