add that domain to the whitelist in the vbseocp.php settings
Hi, thanks.
Sorry, which domain? Mine? I couldn't possibly add all the links to various sites in the member's directory - and each time one was created.
And do you mean in the 'External rel="nofollow"s'? section?
I also notice in 'Internal rel="nofollow"s' "no-follow" is set for 'to ALL Sorting Links' and 'to ALL Dynamic Pages'
What should all the no-follow settings be?
Confusing! I shudder to think what other problems vBSEO is causing.![]()

it's not a problem, it's a setting.
You can chose to add no follow to everything, and use a white list
or
you can chose to add no follow to nothing
What domain do I add to the whitelist?
Is their an Internal domain whitelist?
Does anyone know what I should change?
if you don't want to add everyones .com to the whitelist, you should turn off the no follow option.
Add rel="nofollow" to ALL External URLs
Enable this option to prevent search engines from following links to external pages (URLs that point to other domains).
Yes No
change to no
Thanks. It already was set at 'no' though. :(
There's something preventing search engines accessing the members links in the directory but it's not that evidently - as it was already off.

and you're sure its not in the template itself?
I don't know. If it is, I know I didn't put it there!![]()
what i'm getting at, is i don't think it's a vbseo problem.
have you temp. disabled vbseo and then reloaded the page to see if it is followed? that is the one true way to ensure its not vbseo or is vbseo adding the nofollow.
I don't know how to check if it's working/not working though - I was told by an SEO expert that it's not following. :( Don't know whether he'll check again.
what is your site url?
